Aloo Dahi Salad

Ingredients for Aloo Dahi Salad

  • 1/2 Kg Potatoes, boiled
  • 200 ml Sharma’s Kitchen Yogurt, whipped
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Yellow mustard seeds
  • To season Salt and pepper
  • 4 tbsp Spring onion, sliced
  • 4 tbsp Pineapple, chopped

For the topping:

  • 2 tbsp Garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Mint, chopped
  • 2 Green chillies, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Melon seeds, roasted
  • 4 Bread slices (dried)


Coat potatoes with whipped yogurt. On the side, heat oil and fry the mustard seeds followed by cumin.

Stir the mix and pour over the potatoes. Next comes the spring onion followed by pineapple.

Crush the bread into rough pieces and mix in melon seeds, garlic, green chillies and mint

Season and pour the mix over the potatoes

Serve chilled
